Above is the API scorecard from Programmableweb. It gives you an idea of the amount of APIs that the leaders in the online industry are putting out for developers to devour and manipulate their content. Some make it easier to sell thier products. Some make it easier to sell your products. Some make life easier.

I love the social impact of mashups. Mixing networks is turning out to be a huge item and shows signs of continued growing. I also think that some of the mashups are brilliantly usable.

My favorite may reveloutionize the way that you buy your next home. Trulia has the best interface for home shopping I have ever seen. You can see the houses, locations, price, etc. And it operates smoothly. What a huge visualization of neighborhoods and areas. Especially useful if you don’t know an area well.
